Is there any cocoa that can be used?
besides the one sold... any natural cocoa? company reference would be appreciated

Deli-
Any pastrami or corned beef that can be used? also company suggestions would help.

Coffee-
is any flavored brewed coffee okay?

100% pure cocoa is not legal on regular SCD but is on the maintenance diet.
I don't know of any legal cold cuts but would be curious if there are. Check the ingredients and you'll see that there's usually sugar. If it's not sugar, I think there can be other issues.
Esther has said here before that coffee has to be regular, unflavored, and brewed to be weak.

In case anyone read my original post above, I corrected it to state that cocoa is not legal. Just want to make sure I'm not misleading anyone because I originally made a mistake.

Flavoring in coffee can be problematic. Also, instant coffee and decaf coffee is not allowed.

No, this is Cacao. Cacao and cocoa are both not legal.

When one is at the stage of weaning off the SCD (symptom free for at least two years), it's important to stick to a healthy clean diet, so as not to bring up symptoms again. Some people stick to a diet similar to the Paleo diet which allows cocoa and other things like sweet potatoes, maple syrup, tapioca, etc.
