Amylu meat scd legal?

Hello all! Very new to the SCD diet after my son's recent diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease. I have been able to find one type of meat, Amylu, that could be a possibility for sausage. However, they have Rosemary extract as a ingredient. I have sent an email to Amylu to find out specifically how that Rosemary extract is made. However, was wondering if anyone has already done this research and has gotten any answers? Any help is greatly appreciated!
