Safest Foods to Add

Hey friends! \n\nI am finally at the point where I have been in remission long enough to try carefully adding some foods in. Do y’all have any suggestions on safer foods to add? I am looking for foods that are not on SCD but as close as possible and ones that maybe some of you have successfully added in. Thanks in advance!
