Regarding grape juice, I believe that if the juice is legal (like Kedem regular) you don't have to dilute it. Maybe diluting would be for people starting the diet who can't tolerate it straight.\n\nRegarding spices, most individual spices like cinnamon and paprika are legal. The problems are with onion powder and garlic powder, which can have starch to separate the particles so you need one that was verified to be legal (I use Prima, as was posted on this forum). There's also a problem with spice mixtures, also because they tend to use starch.\n\nWhat do you mean by cashew and almond butter being on the same level? As in legal? Able to be tolerated? Able to be substituted? I would advise doing a search here - there have been threads about substituting them.\n\nGood luck on starting the diet!

Hi, \n\nfor grape juice, I started out without diluting it, but your call. the paprika and other spices, call wellbess about them, there are certain rules. (in the begining, I would email [email protected] a picture of the product and ask them if its okay or not. and regarding cashew butter and almond flour...no, they are on different levels. I had cashew butter to start for like 5 months, then tried almond flour, it didnt work then. I waited another month and then it was fine, and then I went all in (even making almond flour shnitzel)\n\nGood Luck!!

For a beginner, I would probably drink water right after drinking the Riviis of Grape juice instead of diluting. \nFor onion and Garlic powder, the prima brand is for sure good.\nMehadrin plain greek yogurt is legal, but in general yogurt may not be well tolerated early on in the diet.\nCashew butter is much more easily tolerated than almond butter in my experience.\nAs a suggestion: Wellbees carries a pamphlet with pertinent halachos (how much wine/grape juice to drink, etc.) - available upon request.\nHatzlacha!

I don't like to dilute either. First I would drink one, and then another.
