I tried baking your meringue recipe from A Taste of Wellness cookbook, but it never came out as the picture. It was always flat and not crispy.

I can totally feel for you, as this recipe is quite tricky - and has several factors that can play a role in the type of results you are experiencing. I have a friend who is pro in making this recipe just so with perfect results. I have tried reaching out to get some tips, but she seems to be out of the country. I'll revert back once I hear back from her
