Are popped lotus seeds or popped water lily seeds SCD legal?
Hi! Came across these really yummy and seemingly SCD legal snacks from Karma Bites and AshaPops but I'm wondering if they are actually SCD legal. The Karma Bites are made of popped lotus seeds and the AshaPops are made of popped water lily seeds. The ingredients are just the seed and maybe a few different spices that I'm sure are legal so the only question I have is concerning the seeds themselves. Would be great if they were legal because they're a convenient and yummy snack.
