Non-dairy starter

What can be used as a non-dairy kosher starter, please?

https://www.wellbees.com/gi-prostart-yo ... html\nThis is dairy free and SCD legal.\nHowever, it doesn't have a hechsher.\nWe had consulted with Rabbi Zushe Blech a"h, former chief Rabbi of Earth Kosher, and he said: I am sure that it Kosher halachically - I take no position on any dairy status.\nIn other words - since the product grows on strains of dairy, it's questionable on the dairy/parve aspect, so it should be used with dairy dishes etc.
