The Yogourmet brand has recently modified their formula, and they now use sugar and maltodextrin (both are not legal). However, the million dollar question is if there are any residual sugars leftover after the 24 hour fermentation process.
VMC is currently doing testing on that, and will have the results hopefully within the next several weeks. If there are no residual sugars left, then it would be ok to use for the SCD.
