Thanks for your response. Does that mean that I can eat anything that is legal right away or should I still add one food at a time and start with the foods that are in the beginning stages? I started 2 and a half weeks ago and I have mostly eaten introductory, stage 1 and then stage 2. I have had some raw fruit a couple of times but felt like I was cheating. Can I jump right in to almond flour and raw fruits and vegetables?
The type of gastritis I have is collagenous gastritis and it is very rare. Has anyone used it for that? Or has it been helpful for collagenous colitis?
