Hi Esther! Hope all is well. Dev, I am on over 10 years - still not brave enough to touch the stuff you mentioned!! LOL - Tried sweet potato twice - happier with good ole butternut squash. I can only handle very few SCD foods, and not past Stage 3 - so follow your body - always go back to basics, and when in a good spot maybe try 1 thing every few days, changing nothing else to see what each food does to you - keep a diary of all changes, BM's, moods etc. - I am just embarking on a new protocol to finally fully heal and seal my gut to broaden my foods as you shouldn't stay this nutrient deprived this long - most ppl aren't stage 3 SCD with no nuts etc for years -it is just TOO limited. So here's hoping for a lot more variety - but I think I will always have SCD as my base, but can't wait to broaden tho- slow and steady wins the race, and pregnancy will definitely change things up.
