I've often taken the Welbees biscotti when traveling by air. They travel well and are great with tea or coffee on the plane. I've also broken them up and poured coconut milk or almond milk on them to make cereal. I also bake cookies, crackers and muffins using nut and coconut flour, and make my own trail mix with nuts I buy in bulk and add a few raisins or chopped dried apricots or medjool dates. I little shake of sea salt is a good addition too. I buy a box of snack size zip-locks and portion out so I'm not eating too much at one time and I can just pack a few in my carry-on and pack the rest in my checked bags. Many airports now have small shops that sell fresh fruit, carrot sticks, etc which makes it a lot easier than it used to be when everything was cinabons and pizza. Best of Luck. It is possible and with a little preplanning and preparation you will enjoy your trip and come home healthy!
