Typically, Lieber's has an organic coconut milk that's kosher for Passover. However, this year, so far they are out of stock of the organic one, and only have their "classic coconut milk" that's full of illegals. It doesn't look like they'll have the organic one in stock before Passover.
For any of you who use coconut milk, and are counting on using it for Passover, I would advise you to try to find any older stock in your local supermarket. In Monsey, I saw some left in All Fresh. Evergreen and Rockland did not have the organic one in stock anymore.
