for anyone still on an early stage in the diet, i stumbled on a great recipe for pancakes and ice cream. both using bananas. for pancakes I take 2 ripe bananas and 2 eggs and mix them with a hand blender ( a zhuzher) and then fry them in extra virgin olive oil (sometimes adding vanilla extract and cinamon). it doesnt taste eggy or bananay. and then for ice cream, I use a hand blender and blend a lot of bananas (like 10) and some ripe peeled pears together and just put it in the freezer. the only thing is to take it out (or put it in the fridge) a couple hours before you''ll have it so it melts a drop, and its realy good!! also, if you want a nice desert, you can have the hot pancake and ice cream together with honey and salt together. its incredible.
