Does anyone know? If pineapple chunks says 100 juice legal?
I don't believe this is canned in its own juice, the can indicates that it's packed in pineapple juice, but does not indicate in its own juice - which is a must for the SCD.
Even when it says 0 under ingredients sugars?
Yes, it would still need to be in its own juice. Another option is frozen pineapple chunks with nothing added.
