Here's a great recipe I saw posted online, using Wellbee's newly added "Canned Butternut Squash":
We use this as a key ingredient in making almond flour based breads/donuts/waffles for my son on the SCD diet.
His almond bread tastes great, this forms the basis for his nutritional needs.
3-3.5 cups almond flour
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of butternut squash (about 1/3 can).
1 tsp vanilla
Bake for 20 min at 350F for 1" depth in oiled glass pan
