Organic Italian Tomatoes, Organic Onion, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Basil, Organic Black Pepper.

The ingredients sound okay. You would need to check with the supplier what format the garlic is in: is it a powder or chips or chopped whole...? You would also need to confirm with them that there are no undisclosed ingredients other than what's listed on the ingredient panel (remember the 2% rule...).

Can you ask them: Is the garlic fresh garlic? Additionally, can you confirm that there are no other ingredients present in the product other than what's listed on the ingredient list?
