Falafel Balls, anyone? Well, the Israelis SCD'ers wouldn't do without it, so they came up with this recipe that's pretty close 
This recipe makes quite a bit - I would think that it freezes well.
Ingredients:
6 cups almond flour
100 grams parsley leaves (9 Tbsp. or a little more than 1/2 cup)
7 eggs
1 head of garlic
3 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
1. Chop the parsley and grind together with the garlic in a food processor.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
3. Make the balls and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
4. Deep fry in hot oil.
