Hi, Iv'e been on the diet for over 4 years now and am feeling great -Thank G-D. I saw a natural "healer" guy a year and a half ago who told me that spelt is okay for me, I waited till 2 months ago and tried "Organic Sprouted Spelt" from One Degree (available online at Target, amazon etc.), and made a Pita recipe that I found online (no yeast, no baking powder needed). I started eating it once a week then twice, and I'm doing very well so far. Each person should obviously weigh their personal situation.
Besides, on the SCD website (Breaking the vicious cycle), they only doubt sprouted grain bread in the first place. (and I'm using: 1) Sprouted 2) Organic Spelt 3) no yeast, as opposed to Ezekiel bread, that has multiple grains, and Yeast!)
