I wouldn't, since the starch from the potatoes cooks into the liquid in the pan. But if you can remove the chicken skin and make sure that the chicken underneath is free of starch, well.. those who are very careful probably wouldn't eat it but those who are a little more lenient might.

I believe there's a problem with the propellants. I switched to avocado oil spray that doesn't have propellants; it's not so hard to find in stores.

It's also called farmer's cheese, and Mehadrin and JandJ are good; I can't think of other brands that make it.
