These are fine to use. "Salted nuts" are problematic, since they typically add starch to help the salt stick to the nut. However, in the case of nut butter, it's just added salt to the mix, and that's fine.

Find out from them if it is made from young coconut or mature coconut (young coconut is illegal).

You would have to find out from the supplier about the "coconut cream" ingredient. Questions to ask is whether it is 100% pure coconut, or has any stabilizers.

Cashew butter that just lists cashews in the ingredients is legal. It may also list salt and oil. However, added oil may not work the same in recipes.

The company is not cooperative with providing a "purity letter", confirming that there are no unlisted ingredients. There is a suspicion that there may be added pectin to gel the product, and should therefore not be used.

Microbial coagulant likely refers to microbial rennet. This is a legal ingredient.

Although soy beans are not SCD-legal, fermented soy products (Tamari) may be tried in small amounts after symptoms have subsided (at least 3 months symptom-free). The fermentation process breaks down the carbohydrates, thereby making it more likely to be digested and absorbed.

The sub-ingredient "spices" is problematic. Wellbee's actually was in contact with this company to try to get them to disclose what's in the spice blend. They advised that their spice blend may contain fenugreek, an illegal ingredient, thus making this mayo an illegal product. Primal Kitch...
