I bought some raw milk gouda cheese and it has the ingredient "microbial coagulant" . Is this legal?

Is nitro cold brew allowed on the SCD diet? The only ingredients are the nitrogen gas and coffee. I know the coffee is okay weak, but I am not sure about the nitrogen?

Is beta carotene legal (added to butter, etc)?

Are salt, peeper, and oils allowed on the introductory diet? Is olive, coconut, or butter best as an oil while in the intro stage?
